At Tuzigoot National Monument, the ruins of a pueblo crown a ridge east of Clarkdale, Arizona. From this ridge, ancient Sinaguans had a panoramic view of the Verde Valley. Today, Tuzigoot’s prominent position provides multiple opportunities for dramatic photographs.

We just posted new photographs taken in Nebraska this last fall. Yellow grasses, sage, and warm light gave the prairie a special glow that captured our imagination. We could almost see pioneers crossing this sea of grass on their way to Oregon.
Some of our favorites spots include Scotts Bluff National Monument, Fort Robinson State Park, and the wacky Carhenge.
