London Architectural Abstracts

London is an architectural mash-up of ancient and futuristic. It is a cacophony of competing visual forms that is overwhelming to behold. So, in this collection, London Architectural Abstracts, I attempt to filter this architectural dissonance and concentrate on individual patterns.

Several days in May, I walked, rode, and cruised through greater London searching for interesting architectural patterns. Once I captured them, I searched for ways to disassociate them from their reality—that is, where they were found. Here, take a look:
